WDCC Announces Two Suspensions and a Retirement Today!

Sales Reps and Authorized Dealers were advised today of the suspension of the following two items:

Dog Footstool from Beauty and the Beast

Opening Title from Mickey's Christmas Carol

The Dog Footstool ("Frisky Footstool") one of the Enchanted Objects from Beauty and the Beast was sculpted by Chris Peterson and released in October, 2004.  It was an Open Edition release.

The Opening Title from Mickey's Christmas was released in September, 2009 as an Open Edition release.

The Opening Title followed the first scene release that included Mickey Mouse (as Bob Cratchit), Donald Duck (as Nephew Fred) and Scrooge McDuck (as Ebenezer Scrooge.

Honored with retirement is Donald Duck, as Nephew Fred ("Festive Fellow") an Open Edition, sculpted by Ruben Procopio released in July, 2008.  Donald is a dry retirement.

Scrooge McDuck (as Ebenezer Scrooge) was retired in June, 2009 and Mickey (as Bob Cratchit) was retired in December, 2009.

Special Note on Suspensions & Dry Retirements: A Suspension indicates the item is Sold Out and there are no plans to re-order for at least a year or more. 

A Dry Retirement indicates the item will no longer be produced and will not return to the line and there is no longer product in the warehouse.
