What was originally intended to be Walt Disney’s second film, the family favorite Disney classic Bambi will be released on Disney Diamond Edition Blu-ray/DVD on March 1, 2011 (with a DVD only edition to be released on April 19, 2011) according to Amazon.com. Bonus features set to be included in the Diamond Edition include:

Bambi was the 1st Disney film I saw in theaters (not the original release .. LOL!), so a sentimental favorite of mine. It's been a while since I've seen it. Looking forward to seeing it on blu ray when released.
