I saw these two sculptures for the first time over the weekend at Gallery of the Lakes and WOW! are they ever impressive. The detail is amazing. The faces are so lifelike to me. I'm also amazed at the hands of Barbosa. He has all five fingers on his left hand spread out. You can even see fingernails. The bases for both are so detailed. Tons of jewels, silver, coins, and loot. Now if we could just get the monkey on top of the treasure chest to make the scene all that more exciting. I cannot wait for the event.

Just to let everyone know, these sculpts were taken to Comic Con in San Diego where they were really well received. Barbosa is an NLE of 2500. Comic Con reaches a ton of people and if you want this Barbosa sculpt, I would order it when you can. That's just my opinion, but when I heard they liked it at Comic
Con, I knew I wanted to make sure mine get ordered.
